Description

Designed as a replica of the four-foot fountains rented by professional caterers for events, the ChocoMaker Chocolate Fountain features three tiers over which delicious chocolate flows. With a quality stainless steel melting bowl, plastic tiers, and four-pound capacity, this chocolate fountain is sure to be a hit at your next gathering. Guests just hold their crudites or fruit in the fall of chocolate for a scrumptious dessert. 9W x 21H inches.


Tomric, Inc. was started in 1962 to create then-revolutionary plastic molds for the professional chocolate-making industry. About 10 years ago, the company started its Candy@Home Division and pioneered the candy-making category, selling molds, supplies, and flavored candy wafers for the home crafter and candy maker. The ChocoMaker product line was developed to bring consumers innovative and unique products for home candy-making and entertainment.

    I used this fountain for the first time for a dinner party and it was the center attraction. It was not hard to work at all as long as I got it leveled just right it flowed very well. The clean up was very easy, as well. I will be using this fountain for other parties in the near future.

    I followed the directions explicitly, but when I turned on the auger, nothing happened. At first I thought it was broken and my party was ruined. But I decided to give it a manual twist and luckily it started. Slow at first, then up to speed after a couple minutes. Any time I turn it off and back on it requires the manual nudge. And it's also very noisy which is unexpected. It did run for about 8 hours and was a hit for the party, but I am disappointed at the performance.

    Ive used this chocomaker fountain for 4 parties and it's been a hit every time. I had a problem leveling the unit the first time it used it, but now that I know that it must be level, I've never had any other issues. Saves me a ton of money now that I don't have to rent one.

            I've bought a lot of different fountains, but this one is the worst. I bought 4 of them, because I needed them in a party, in different places and none of them worked. The chocolate doesn't flow as with the others, I did everything, step by step but the motor seems to be very slow and small for the capacity and dimmensions of this fountain. I don't recommend it. Don't waste your money on this product!

                    This worked very well on our first outing. A little noise from the auger but that is about the only issue and it was minimal. Actually looks like it does on the box when operating and the instructions were clear. Highly recommend using the ChocoMaker chocolate, performed very well and was easy to prepare. Hot water melted the residual chocolate easily & cleanup was about 10 min.

                    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
