The pot is enamelled inside, which provides even heat distribution. While best-suited for meat fondues, the Sierra set can be used for cheese or chocolate fondues - just remove the spatter ring. It can be used on all heat sources and is easy to clean. The pot has a capacity of 1.6 quarts.
