A 3 in 1 fondue pot can be used for meat/vegetables, cheese or chocolate. Use oil or broth (for meats and vegetables). The white stoneware fondue insert can be used for cheese or chocolate fondue. Put the white stoneware fondue pot inside the metal pot filled with 20oz of boiling water to create a double boiler effect. White stoneware insert should not be placed on stove top or microwave, or directly on the fuel burner.
