This is the best chocolate ever, I purchased a fountain and chocolate for my sons wedding it was a hugh success. We melted the chocolate in the microwave first then placed inthe fountain it was so easy and it took less than two minutes to melt 3 pounds to start my fountain. It can be in a fountain for 5 hours plus while being heated the whole time and it is still creamy and smooth just as good as when it was first melted. Very easy clean up warm soapy water doesnt stain clothes either thats a plus. I had never used this kind of product before it does not require a chocolate for dummies book to do. I suggest everyone try it at least once. Works just like advertised, and I bought blind from the Internet.
